Thank you, Megan
by Justus Lewis
I feel deeply grateful that Megan has taken the time to share with us in this course her professional experience of working with animals using energetic strategies and techniques. The short recordings that show different animals responding to Megan's touch are a joy and an inspiration.
I would recommend that all body workers as well as dog owners take time to watch a few of these vignettes. They will get a sense of what 'touch for connecting and healing' looks like from the outside.
Simple and Powerful
by Bailey Norval
As an LMP who has been practicing for 5 years and who is new to the small animal massage scene, this was exactly what I needed. I completed the NWSAM Maintenance Massage for SA's in February, and found my work a bit frustrating. I kept trying to force changes. And had simply forgotten the most important part of my work: listening and supporting to create an environment for positive change. I am eternally grateful for the simplicity of this course both for myself, but as well as in my education of others on massage for animals. It is always good to work on our foundations. I have seen enormous improvement in the quality of my work again, as well as in the reception of the work by the animals in my life. Thank you for your help!!

As an already qualified canine massage therapist (in the UK) I can never learn enough to help dogs. I'm thinking of this as a CPD!
So even though most of the content is familiar to me there are little nuggets of information which are new to me and I like the balance of passive touch combined with massage.
Sometimes in the past I have felt almost obliged to keep my hands moving but in recent times I've discovered how just the 'laying on of hands' can be so powerful, especially as I can combine this with Reiki. It's all energy :)
Also I love your energy Megan!

I especially like seeing the touch on real animals. I also liked the information on connective tissue. It feels as though this has been what I have been looking for , for a long time. My daughter's dog who is 13yrs is still energetic but her right hind leg and hip look like they are losing muscle and her legs are getting weaker. She is on Dasuquin which helps her with walking but would like to find a way to strengthen that rear leg if possible. She loves when I give her light massage. Enjoying all of your information. Thank You!
GREAT TO GET IN TOUCH
by Yon (Jean-Philippe) Erbin
It is very surprising to see how much wellbeing comes from this course.
Very simple but very powerfull, and in a fundamental way, very technical,
it reminds me the craniosacral biodynamics and its fundamental concepts.
Touch is surely effective when it is close to its purpose , with attention,
and at the same time the most distant, it means the less coercive :
surely the best way to go to that is to be receptive as a "light but deep" listening,
as for example regular meditation can help us.
Of course there is surely great effective techniques,
many, to add to this first course in the next courses offered in this e-learning center :
For sure it is to thank the great methodological ability that Megan shows in her exposition.
Many thanks for this course, as such, or as a way to.

The Power of Chi & Positive Thinking
by Thomas Jenkins
Hi Megan, I have enjoyed this free E Course on Massage for animals, especially dogs. I have studied Tai Chi for many years so lots of the content struck home with me. I can't wait to begin regular sessions with my 18 month Patterdale Terrier named Cai.
I will let you know how we get on.
Foundations of Touch for Connecting and Healing for Dogs
by cindi weeks
I loved all if it. The information and illustrations were awesome. The PDF files were great. I have been able to practice the teo techniques effectively on my two Great Danes daily. They actually expect their massages before bedtime. I have the pdf's and videos to refer back to. Bless you for sharong your expertise for those of us who love our animals.
Great Title emphasizing both Connecting and Healing.

This is a very informative and learning phase for a beginner as well as an experienced masseuse. The 2 foundation techniques were taught as connecting touch with feelings, and using both hands to "listen" and feel the animal's response. Learning how to use massage with animals is a very rewarding modality, used in conjunction with relaxing and healing Essential Oils.
As a beginner, both the video/audio and the .pdf literature were extremely helpful. I look forward to learning so much more, so I can implement these techniques with my personal animals as well as my animal clients.
Thank you so much.
